As part of early preparations and precise organization, the Dean of the College of Administrative Sciences, Professor Dr. Haider Ali Al-Dulaimi, held a series of intensive meetings with faculty members and students of the college, with active participation from the faculty and students of the Department of Financial and Banking Sciences. These meetings took place ahead of the Second International Conference of the College, held from April 13 to 14 of the current year. The meetings included discussions and completion of the final steps related to logistical and scientific aspects, emphasizing the importance of integrating academic and administrative efforts to ensure the success of the conference and its organization in a manner that reflects the distinguished academic standing of the college and the university. The meetings also addressed mechanisms for task distribution among organizing committees, monitoring the readiness of conference halls, organizing the reception of guests and researchers, and highlighting the vital role of students in supporting the conference activities and contributing effectively to its success through teamwork. During the meetings, the Dean stressed the necessity of adhering to the highest standards of organization and quality, praising the spirit of cooperation demonstrated by both faculty members and students—particularly the participation of the Department of Financial and Banking Sciences, which had a clear impact on supporting the success of this scientific event. These efforts align with the College of Administrative Sciences’ vision to enhance its academic and scientific presence, reinforce its role in supporting scientific research, and organize international events and conferences in line with global standards.
