As part of the activities of the 4th International Future Sustainability Week 2026, students of the Forensic Evidence Department in the College of Science at Al-Mustaqbal University participated in a running marathon held on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The marathon took place along the road connecting the University Presidency building to the Energy Research Center, ضمن a series of accompanying sports and recreational activities, in an atmosphere full of energy and interaction. This participation reflects the university’s commitment to promoting health and environmental awareness among its students, and to reinforcing sustainability concepts through diverse activities that combine sports, culture, and positive community practices. The day’s events also included the launch of the Sustainability March, which embodied the spirit of cooperation and environmental responsibility, followed by a cycling race characterized by enthusiasm and wide participation, culminating in the running marathon that brought together students and participants in a scene reflecting positive engagement and awareness of the importance of physical activity in achieving quality of life. The events concluded with horse shows that added a distinctive aesthetic and cultural touch to the atmosphere, highlighting the diversity of activities hosted during the week. These activities align with Al-Mustaqbal University’s vision of building a sustainable university environment and promoting a healthy and active lifestyle among students, in line with its mission to serve the community and contribute to a more sustainable future.
