Under the patronage of the University President, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and the supervision and follow-up of the Dean of the College of Health and Medical Technologies, and with the participation of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Adnan Al-Khafaji, along with department heads, academic staff, and students, the College of Health and Medical Technologies actively and distinctively participated in the Fourth International Sustainability Week. This participation was reflected through the college’s presence in several scientific and artistic exhibitions, presenting a range of health innovations and digital technologies that highlight its pioneering role in supporting sustainable development. These contributions offered innovative practical solutions aimed at improving quality of life and enhancing healthcare efficiency, in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals. Faculty members also emphasized the importance of integrating sustainability concepts into academic curricula, contributing to the preparation of qualified students capable of addressing future challenges with scientific awareness and a high sense of responsibility. The activities also included diverse art exhibitions featuring painting, calligraphy, and handmade works, through which students expressed their creative vision of sustainability concepts, embodying the integration of art, environmental awareness, and social responsibility. This participation reflects the college’s commitment to strengthening the role of students and academic staff in achieving sustainable development goals and promoting a culture of innovation and teamwork, contributing to building a more conscious and sustainable society.
