As part of the Fourth Al Mustaqbal Sustainability Week activities, and under the patronage of the Presidency of Al Mustaqbal University and the Deanship of the College of Nursing, the College organized a distinguished event featuring a Virtual Emergency Room, with active participation from students and direct supervision by faculty members. The initiative aimed to simulate a real-life emergency environment, providing students with the opportunity to apply their practical skills and with critical cases in a training setting. This contributes to enhancing their clinical competence and developing their ability to make quick decisions in emergency situations. The event also included stations for measuring vital signs, such as blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and blood oxygen levels, in addition to a special station for blood type testing, which witnessed significant attendance and engagement. Students played a key role in the success of the event through their active involvement in organization, delivering health awareness services, and direct interaction with visitors. This reflects the College’s commitment to preparing qualified nursing professionals equipped with the skills and knowledge to serve the community. Such activities align with the College’s efforts to promote health sustainability concepts and bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, in line with sustainable development goals and community service
