Sattat, Kingdom of Morocco – Within the framework of the active scientific presence of Iraqi academic institutions on the international stage, Professor Dr. Mazin Hadi Kazar, Dean of the College of Fine Arts at Al-Mustaqbal University, participated in the International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Digital Applications (ISDA’26), held from April 14–15, 2026, in the city of Sattat, Morocco. Dr. Kazar’s participation was as a member of the Technical Program Committee, where he actively contributed to evaluating the submitted scientific research, drawing on his academic expertise and rigorous methodology in scientific arbitration. His role had a clear impact on enhancing the quality of the research outcomes and ensuring the academic integrity of the works participating in the conference. The conference organizing committee expressed its deep appreciation for Dr. Kazar’s efforts, praising his academic commitment and valuable contributions to the success of the scientific review process.
