Al-Mustaqbal University College is built in Babil - Hilla with an area of 107,300 square meters. And (95 scientific laboratories). It includes (6) multi-storey buildings containing green spaces, classrooms, scientific laboratories and parking spaces. The college contains (105 classrooms) and (95 scientific laboratories).<br />The building of College of Engineering with an area of (12500 square meters) and includes about 30 classrooms, the central library, conference hall, deanship and administrative offices and can accommodate more than 1500 students. It was allocated to the departments of (Biomedical Engineering, Engineering of Building and Construction Techniques, Computer Engineering, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Industries).<br />The Building of medical departments consisting of (5 floors) and an area of 25000 square meters and includes about 65 classrooms and 45 specialized laboratories in addition to libraries and rest areas.
