<br />“Art is an Eternal Language”<br /><br /><br />Under the Guardianship of Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, Dean of Al-Mustaqbal University College, Babylon International Forum for Street Arts has been hosted by Al-Mustaqbal University College under the Slogan<br /><br />“Art is an Eternal Language”<br /><br />It is remarkable to note that Dr. Amir Sabah Al-Marzouq has chaired the Forum, and being administered by Dr. Bashar Elaiwi, with the participation of several countries, including Egypt, Jordan, Palestine, Kuwait, Tunisia, Lebanon, Iran, Turkey, Sudan, Algeria, Morocco and Iraq. Among the Personalities, attending the Forum, are Dr. Jabbar Joudi Al-Aboudi, Head of Iraqi Artists Syndicate, and the Distinguished Artist Mahmoud Abu Al-Abbas, in addition to a large number of Well-Known Babylon Artists.<br />The Forum Opening Ceremony have witnessed lots of activities, including the Puppets Assembly of Tunisia, being for the first time in Iraq, has been widely applauded by the Audience, and the Egyptian Tanoura Dance that has been performed by the Artist Hussein Sami, with the String Puppets played by the Arab Artist Ayad Bin Ma’akil. All these amazing activities and others have been highly appreciated by the audience attending the Forum.<br />It is considerable to note that the Iraqi-Arab Artist, Mahmoud Abu Al-Abbas has been honored by the College Deanship in appreciation to his Creative Efforts in the Field of Iraqi Theatre. Students & Fans have gathered around the Artist to take Memorial Photos with him.<br />Besides, a Signing Ceremony for a number of books, dealing with Street Theater has been conducted as well, as part of the Book Fair Activities.<br />Finally, we should note that the Forum shall proceed until Wednesday 15th of March, 2023.<br /><br /> <br />
