In order to achieve the slogan "Towards a Sustainable University", the Department of Anesthesia Technology and in order to achieve the third goal of the Sustainable Development Goals (Good Health and Well-Being), the Department of Anesthesia Technology held, within the special program for scientific seminars for the first semester, a scientific seminar entitled "Indications of fasting and guidelines in Anaesthesia" on Monday 11/18/2024 in the Physiology Laboratory BL-001 by lecturer Dr. Aws Hani. The seminar dealt with the importance of fasting for specific hours before taking anesthesia during operations according to international standards and its relationship to reducing the potential risks resulting from the use of anesthesia.
