<br />Under the patronage of the President of Al‑Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Magdy, and the Dean of the College of Arts and Humanities, Prof. Dr. Hussein Wahid Aziz, the Department of Archaeology organized a scientific seminar on the impact of motivation on students' performance in exams.<br /><br />The seminar, titled “The Impact of Motivation on Students' Performance in Exams,” was held on December 2, 2024, with presentations by Ms. Rasel Naama Kamal, Administrative Officer Athraa Ali Abdul, and Administrative Officer Zahraa Ali, and was attended by a number of professors and students from various academic levels. The seminar discussed the importance of psychological and academic motivation in improving students' performance and increasing their concentration during exam periods. It highlighted the pivotal role of motivation in enhancing self-confidence and reducing exam-related anxiety. In addition, scientific studies and research were presented that underscore the positive relationship between continuous encouragement and academic success.<br /><br />This seminar is part of the efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education).<br /><br />#AlMustaqbalUniversity<br />#The_Premier_University_in_Iraq
