The Department of Biomedical Engineering organized a guidance session titled “The Impact of Cyber Blackmail: Awareness and Protection,” led by Dr. Ahmed Al-Janabi. The session covered the definition of cyber blackmail, its various forms, and its psychological and social effects on victims.<br /><br />The session aimed to shed light on the dangers of cyber blackmail and its psychological and social consequences, in addition to providing practical advice on how to handle and prevent such incidents. This initiative contributed to raising students’ awareness and enhancing their ability to confront this growing phenomenon in the digital age.
