In order to achieve the slogan “Towards a Sustainable University” and to achieve the third goal of the Sustainable Development Goals (Good Health and Well-Being), the Department of Anesthesia organized a workshop on blood withdrawal for first-year students. The students were taught the steps of blood withdrawal and why blood is withdrawn from a vein and not from an artery, as well as the method of withdrawing blood samples from children and the elderly.it’s done in 21/1/2025
