Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and with the support and guidance of the Dean of the College of Engineering and Engineering Technologies, Assistant Prof. Dr. Azhar Mohsen Abdul, and in an effort to enhance cooperation with international institutions and universities, Asaad Abdulrahman Naif, a faculty member in the Department of Computer Engineering Techniques, participated in the pioneering project meeting of the K-PERITIA research conference. The conference was held at Ca' Foscari University – Venice, Italy, in 2025 under the title "Promoting the Global Cultural Expertise Profession," with funding and support from the European Union.<br /><br />This project is part of a European research initiative hosted by the Royal Anthropological Institute of the United Kingdom. It aims to bring together scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to explore the global impact and applications of cultural expertise across various disciplines.<br /><br />Additionally, Asaad Abdulrahman Naif participated in a specialized workshop led by Prof. Valentina Barnabi and Prof. Ara Garvi, held from February 13–17, 2025, with the presence of distinguished experts from over 60 countries.<br /><br />On the sidelines of the conference, a meeting was held with Prof. Livia Holden, the research team leader and Dean of Scientific Research at Sorbonne University, to discuss prospects for joint research cooperation with Al-Mustaqbal University, in the context of strengthening academic and research partnerships.<br /><br />Al-Mustaqbal University – The First University in Iraq
