As part of its efforts to enhance the examination process and improve academic performance, the Faculty of Education at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a specialized training workshop for examination committees on Monday, 24th February 2024. The workshop aimed to introduce the mechanism of examination committees and enhance their skills in using electronic correction devices, specifically the Bubble Sheet, in exams.<br /><br />The workshop was presented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Muhannad Ahmed Sahib and Lect. Abrar Falah Naji, both members of the examination committees at the College of Health and Medical Technologies. They provided an overview of the organization of examination committees and the regulations for preparing and grading tests using electronic correction technology, which contributes to ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and fairness in evaluation.<br /><br />The session witnessed significant engagement from participants, featuring practical demonstrations on how to use the Bubble Sheet device and responses to attendees’ inquiries regarding the implementation of this technology in upcoming exams.<br /><br />At the conclusion of the workshop, participants expressed their gratitude for the efforts invested in organizing this training activity. They emphasized the importance of continuing such workshops to develop the technical and administrative skills of examination committees, ultimately contributing to the improvement of education and assessment quality at the university.<br /><br />Al-Mustaqbal University, first university in Iraq.
