The Department of Biomedical Engineering organized an awareness-raising orientation seminar entitled "Cyberbullying and Traditional: Its Effects and Ways to Combat", in the series of awareness-raising activities aimed at promoting community awareness among students.<br />The symposium included several themes, including the definition of traditional bullying and its various forms in the educational and community environment, as well as the highlighting of cyberbullying, which has worsened with the development of social media, and its psychological and behavioural effects on individuals.<br />The symposium also discussed methods of prevention, reporting mechanisms and the active role of educational institutions in combating bullying by promoting a culture of respect and tolerance among students.
