Violence against children refers to any form of abuse, exploitation, or neglect experienced by children, including physical violence, psychological violence, exploitation, and neglect. This phenomenon is a global issue affecting children's mental and physical health.<br /><br />The issue of violence against children can be linked to several Sustainable Development Goals, but the most relevant is Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions.<br />This goal is concerned with promoting peaceful and inclusive societies, providing access to justice for all, and building effective and strong institutions.
