Designing and Printing a Knuckle Joint<br />In support of the Sustainable Development Goals: Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 9 (Industry and Innovation)<br /><br />Under the supervision of Professor Dr. Ali Kamel Karim, Engineer Baraa Mahdi Saleh, and Engineer Tabarak Amer Hassan, fourth-year students carried out a unique scientific activity: designing a knuckle joint that simulates a mechanical joint used in many engineering applications.<br />Designing a knuckle joint using SolidWorks is an important step in the field of mechanical design, as the program allows for the creation of an accurate 3D model that demonstrates the joint's mechanism of operation and the distribution of loads on it. This design helps understand engineering structures and evaluate joint performance under different conditions before moving to the manufacturing stage. This type of project also supports the development of students' skills in using modern modeling and simulation techniques, enhancing their ability to innovate and apply practical applications, keeping pace with industry requirements and serving the goals of quality education and industrial innovation.<br />Al-mustaqbal university the top in iraq
