<br /><br />In light of the global movement—and the orientation of Future University, Faculty of Sciences, Department of Medical Physics—towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), it has become essential to adopt innovative educational methods that support this vision. Among these methods is the use of medical models that present accurate and tangible information in an interactive and engaging way. These models are typically displayed in educational booths during scientific events or exhibitions, which enhances visual and experimental understanding of health and environmental topics.<br /><br />Methodology:<br /><br />A field study was conducted during a university event that included a special booth featuring medical models explaining diseases such as cancer, heart conditions, and respiratory system issues. Questionnaires were distributed to students and visitors to measure the level of knowledge gained, changes in behavior or thinking, and the degree of awareness of sustainable health and educational concepts.<br /><br />Results:<br /><br />85% of students reported that the models helped them better understand complex medical information.<br /><br />70% of visitors expressed increased interest in adopting sustainable healthy behaviors after visiting the booth.<br /><br />The presence of the models as interactive elements increased visitor engagement time by 60% compared to printed or visual-only materials.<br /><br />Discussion:<br /><br />Medical models do not only offer scientific content, but also serve as interactive tools that help firmly establish concepts in a practical way. They are also linked to the concept of educational sustainability by supporting lifelong learning and health education. Moreover, the reuse of these models in multiple events makes them an environmentally friendly option compared to other disposable materials.<br /><br />Recommendations:<br /><br />Displaying medical models in educational booths enhances health awareness and supports sustainability goals through interactive learning.
