The Second Scientific Forum of the Biomedical Engineering Technologies Department within the Activities of Sustainability Week at Al-Mustaqbal University

<br />As part of the Third Annual Sustainability Week Festival organized by Al-Mustaqbal University, the Department of Biomedical Engineering Technologies at the College of Engineering and Engineering Technologies held a scientific dialogue session within the framework of its Second Scientific Forum.<br />This event aligns with Goal 4 of the Sustainable Development Goals: Quality Education, by supporting scientific research, developing students' practical skills, and enhancing specialized knowledge in the field of biomedical engineering technologies.<br />The forum was attended by the Dean of the College of Engineering and Engineering Technologies, Dr. Azhar, whose presence had a significant impact in encouraging and supporting the scientific and research efforts exerted by the department.<br />In his speech, the Dean expressed his pride in the advanced scientific level demonstrated by the department’s students and faculty, emphasizing the importance of such forums in enhancing academic communication, exchanging experiences, and preparing engineering professionals capable of innovation in the medical and technological sectors.<br />During the session, Dr. Mohammed Fakhri Fleiha delivered an outstanding scientific lecture that addressed the latest developments in smart medical devices and their clinical applications, which enriched the session and sparked meaningful discussion among participants.<br />At the conclusion of the forum, the Dean honored the participating faculty members:<br />Dr. Mohammed Fakhri Fleiha<br />- Dr. Hikmat Najm Abdullah<br />- Dr. Ammar Moayad<br />- Dr. Saad Mutshar<br />This recognition was given in appreciation of their valuable contributions and active participation in the success of the Second Scientific Forum of the Biomedical Engineering Technologies Department.<br />Al-Mustaqbal University, the First in Iraq.
