Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and with the sponsorship and presence of the Governor of Babylon, Mr. Adnan Fayhan Al-Dulaimi, and the Chairman of the Provincial Council, Mr. Asaad Al-Muslawi, Professor Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, inaugurated the “Scientific and Innovation Exhibition” at Al-Mustaqbal University in Babylon Province, Iraq, on April 16, 2025. The event was held as part of the Third International Al-Mustaqbal Week for Sustainability, organized in Babylon under the slogan “Towards a Sustainable Al-Mustaqbal.”<br /><br />The ceremony witnessed a distinguished attendance, including Professor Dr. Amin Al-Yasiri, President of the University of Babylon, representing the Minister of Higher Education; Mr. Alaa Al-Aaraji, Deputy Governor of Babylon; and Professor Dr. Aladdin Alanya, President of Alanya University in Turkey, as guest of honor along with his accompanying delegation. The event was also attended by several officials from ministries and local authorities, university presidents, deans, and representatives of academic and research institutions.
