The fifth edition of the Babylon International Animation Film Festival officially kicked off today, with notable Arab and international attendance. The event is generously sponsored by Al-Mustaqbal University, the French Embassy, the French Cultural Institute in Baghdad, and the Iraqi Artists Syndicate.<br /><br />Festival President Dr. Amer Sabah Al-Marzouq delivered a speech in which he stated:<br />“The Babylon International Animation Film Festival serves as an annual platform to celebrate the creativity of animation artists from around the world.
