Stimulants are a part of many people's lives, especially in today's fast-paced, stress-filled world. Coffee, tea, soft drinks, and energy drinks are among the most common stimulants, as they contain caffeine, which stimulates the central nervous system and increases focus and attention. It's recommended not to exceed 400 mg of caffeine per day, which is equivalent to about 3 to 4 cups of coffee, and to be mindful of the amount of caffeine in each drink.<br />In conclusion, stimulants are not enemies, but they are a double-edged sword.
