Chemical cleaning products<br />Contain volatile organic compounds that affect the respiratory system.<br />2. Furniture, carpets, and paints<br />Release toxic substances such as formaldehyde, especially when new.<br />3. Cigarette and incense smoke<br />Contains hundreds of toxic and carcinogenic substances.<br />4. Unventilated air<br />Accumulation of carbon dioxide and humidity without adequate ventilation.<br />5. Cooking without a range hood<br />Releases fine particles that affect the lungs.<br />6.
