Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Engineering and Engineering Technologies, Asst. Prof. Dr. Azhar Mohsen Abd, a meeting was held on the evening of Monday, September 15, 2025, via Google Meet.<br />The meeting was chaired by the Scientific Assistant of the College of Engineering and Engineering Technologies, Asst. Prof. Dr. Amin Mohammed Kitab, with the presence of representatives from all departments, to discuss the scientific workshops and activities related to the Sustainability Camp.<br />The meeting included a review of the proposed workshops submitted by the departments, specifying the lecturers’ names and implementation dates, in addition to presenting brochures on the workshop topics. The discussion also covered student preparation in each team, academic schedules, attendance rates, as well as proposals for preparing promotional videos and informative booths for the workshops and activities.<br />This meeting comes as part of the University’s commitment to organizing scientific activities in an integrated manner, enhancing student participation, and supporting innovation in line with the University’s vision to advance the academic environment.<br />Al-Mustaqbal University, the First in Iraq
