In an atmosphere filled with devotion and reverence for the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), the Presidency of Al-Mustaqbal University organized a mourning gathering in front of Al-Hassan Mosque within the university campus to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Lady Fatima Al-Zahraa (peace be upon her). The event was attended by the university vice presidents, the Director of the Diwan Affairs Department, and the deans of the colleges, alongside faculty and administrative staff. Also participating was the President of the Academics Syndicate in Babylon, Professor Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Khafaji, in a heartfelt expression of loyalty and deep spiritual and human connection to this solemn occasion. Attendees affirmed that this commemoration represents an important educational and Islamic station from which lessons of patience, steadfastness, adherence to truth, and the spirit of morality, fairness, and community service are drawn—principles that align with the university’s mission to build a conscious generation rooted in its identity and values.
