Administrative Sciences Website Coordinators Participate in Future University’s Workshop on Digital Transformation and E-Management

Under the patronage and supervision of Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, President of Future University, the website coordinators of the College of Administrative Sciences and its academic departments participated in a specialized workshop titled: “Developing the University Website and Training Website Coordinators on E-Management and Digital Transformation.” This workshop comes within the framework of the university’s continuous efforts to keep pace with technological advancements and strengthen its presence within the path toward the Smart University model. The workshop was delivered by a team of professional programmers — Wameedh Diaa Shamsi, Mohammed Maitham Mohammed, and Mustafa Fahem Ibrahim — who provided hands-on training on the development and management of university websites, standardizing electronic publishing procedures, and employing artificial intelligence technologies to enhance user experience through smart assistance tools, interactive search systems, and advanced digital interfaces. The workshop covered several key topics, including: Developing the technical infrastructure of the university website and updating user interfaces. Applying modern e-management systems to improve institutional efficiency. Integrating AI-based services to create an interactive and intelligent digital experience for users. Strengthening electronic integration among the university’s colleges, units, and research centers. The participants from the College of Administrative Sciences affirmed that their involvement reflects the college’s commitment to enhancing its digital performance and aligning with Future University’s vision toward becoming a Smart Digital University, one that utilizes cutting-edge technologies to serve students, researchers, and visitors while reinforcing its pioneering role in digital transformation and technological innovation
