Quality Assurance Division Activates the Electronic Survey System for Submitting Complaints via QR Code Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Engineering Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University, Asst. Prof. Dr. Azhar Mohsen Abd, and under the guidance and supervision of the Head of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Division, Dr. Zahraa Hashim Kareem, the Quality Assurance Division activated the electronic survey system for submitting complaints and suggestions by students through the installation of QR Codes near the complaint boxes in all departments of the college. This initiative comes as part of the college’s efforts to utilize modern technologies to enhance interaction between students and the college administration, by facilitating the submission of feedback and suggestions in a quick, secure, and confidential manner. The system ensures accurate tracking and transparent follow-up of complaints, thereby contributing to improving the quality of academic and administrative services and enhancing the teaching and learning environment by engaging students as active partners in institutional development. The college affirms that this system represents an important step toward achieving the goals of digital transformation and comprehensive quality in education, in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions).
