Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Engineering Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University, Asst. Prof. Dr. Azhar Mohsen Abd, and the supervision of the Head of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Division, Dr. Zahraa Hashim Kareem, the Quality Assurance Division organized an awareness campaign on the occasion of the acceptance of the four engineering technical departments in the college within the program accreditation process by the National Council for Program Accreditation of Technical Engineering Education. The campaign included the following departments: Power Mechanics Engineering Technologies Computer Engineering Technologies Building and Construction Engineering Technologies Medical Devices Engineering Technologies The campaign aimed to introduce faculty members and students to the standards and importance of program accreditation in ensuring the quality of educational outcomes and enhancing the efficiency of academic programs. It also included the distribution of brochures and informational boards illustrating the stages and requirements of accreditation, as well as the role of all college members in achieving it. This step comes within the college’s ongoing efforts to promote a culture of quality and academic excellence, and to strengthen the principles of continuous development and improvement in accordance with the standards of the National Council for Program Accreditation of Technical Engineering Education. It also contributes to preparing qualified engineering cadres capable of meeting the needs of the local and international labor markets, in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education).
