Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, and under the direct supervision of Prof. Dr. Walaa Luay Al-Falluji, Dean of the College of Medicine, the college organized an interactive online workshop on Thursday, November 13, 2025, entitled “The Educational Process and Promoting a Culture of Quality.” The workshop was attended by the scientific and administrative assistant deans, the Head of Student Activities, and the student representative. The session began with a welcoming speech delivered by the Dean, who greeted the participants and praised their active role in enhancing the educational environment through their constructive opinions and observations. He emphasized the Dean’s Office commitment to involving students in developing academic performance and applying comprehensive quality standards in medical education. The workshop included discussions on developing the educational process, the importance of student feedback, ways to strengthen a positive learning environment, and mechanisms for quality assurance in curricula and academic activities. It highlighted that building a culture of quality requires continuous cooperation between administration, faculty members, and students to achieve the desired educational outcomes. The workshop also featured fruitful discussions and valuable contributions from participants and the student representative regarding ways to raise academic standards, improve teaching methods, and develop training programs that align with modern advancements in medical education. At the conclusion of the workshop, the Dean expressed his gratitude to all participants, affirming the college’s commitment to continuing its developmental programs aimed at achieving academic and institutional excellence and realizing Al-Mustaqbal University’s vision of building a comprehensive educational environment based on quality, innovation, and collaborative teamwork.
