In a scene that brings together the spirit of science and the mission of humanity, the College of Health and Medical Technologies and the College of Engineering at Almustaqbal University, in cooperation with the Babylon Health Directorate / Main Blood Bank, launched a wide-scale blood donation campaign. The event took place on campus today, Sunday, 16 November 2025, with remarkable participation from the university’s faculty members, staff, and students. The substantial turnout reflected a deep belief in the importance of such initiatives, as the campaign witnessed notable engagement from volunteers who responded willingly to the call of humanity under the slogan: 🩸 “A drop of blood… creates life.” The event was honored by the presence of Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, President of Almustaqbal University, who expressed his pride in this humanitarian effort, emphasizing that the university is not merely a place for producing knowledge, but also a cradle of noble values and a platform dedicated to community service and promoting a culture of solidarity.
