The Medical Instrumentation Engineering Techniques Department at Al-Mustaqbal University organized an awareness campaign for third-stage students titled "The Impact of Narcotics on Society" on 17/11. This was part of the extracurricular activities aimed at enhancing the health and social awareness of the students. The campaign focused on clarifying the negative effects of drug abuse from health, psychological, and social perspectives, and emphasized the role of educational institutions in spreading awareness and curbing the spread of this dangerous phenomenon. It also highlighted the importance of protecting youth through continuous awareness programs. The campaign was supervised by Assistant Lecturer Ali Karim, Engineer Narjis Haider Kadhim, and Assistant Lecturer Mustafa Fahad. They contributed to guiding the students and organizing the educational activities in a professional manner that instills values of social responsibility. The campaign witnessed notable interaction from the students, who showed interest in participating and presenting ideas that supported the campaign's goals. This initiative aligns with Al-Mustaqbal University's vision of building a conscious educational environment that contributes to the development of a safe and healthy society.
