In line with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4: Quality Education, Al-Mustaqbal University is preparing to host a major central celebration to honor its outstanding achievements in global rankings. The University secured First Place in Iraq in the Times Interdisciplinary Science Rankings 2026 (ISR 2026), and led private universities while achieving Second Place nationally in the QS World University Ranking: Sustainability 2026, marking a significant accomplishment that highlights its leadership locally and internationally. Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdy, University President, chaired an extensive meeting attended by the Administrative Vice President, the Director of Academic Supervision, several deans, and directors of research centers and relevant departments to discuss preparations for the celebration. At the start of the meeting, the President extended congratulations to the faculty, staff, and students, praising the remarkable scientific achievements that have placed the University on the threshold of a new era of excellence, innovation, and academic competitiveness nationally and globally. He also reviewed the proposed program of the celebration, emphasizing the importance of showcasing these achievements in a manner that reflects the University’s prestigious status and leadership, while embodying the spirit of innovation and creativity across all academic and research activities.
