Al-Mustaqbal University and Sulaymaniyah University in an official meeting to enhance academic cooperation
In line with the orientations of the Future University, represented by the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Magdy, towards strengthening national partnerships and openness to sober Iraqi universities, a high-level delegation from the University visited Sulaymaniyah University to discuss the prospects for scientific and academic cooperation between the two institutions.
The delegation was headed by Prof. Dr. Muzaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision, and included:
• Prof. Dr. Tariq Jawad Kazem - Director of Scientific Affairs Department
• Dr. Samir Badrawi - Director of Cultural Relations Department
The visiting delegation was received by Prof. Dr. Koser Muhammad Ali, President of Sulaymaniyah University, and Prof. Dr. Zana Hassan, Scientific Assistant to the President of the University.
The meeting was launched by Dr. Al-Zuhairi by providing a brief presentation of the Future University's march and its academic achievements achieved locally and internationally, stressing the university's keenness to build effective partnerships, especially in light of the convergence of scientific disciplines between the two universities, paving the way for the launch of joint research and academic programs.
The President of Sulaymaniyah University welcomed the visiting delegation, praising the prestigious reputation of Al-Mustaqbal University and its progress in a number of international classifications. He also expressed the university's readiness to sign a scientific and cultural cooperation agreement during the coming period, which will contribute to the exchange of experiences and the development of academic programs.
It should be noted that Sulaymaniyah University is one of the oldest Iraqi universities, as it was founded in 1968 and includes more than twenty multi-disciplinary colleges.
In this context, the First Future University confirms to the Iraqi private universities that they continue to build strategic partnerships that enhance the quality of higher education and contribute to the service of society.
