In alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 on quality education and Goal 8 on decent work and economic growth, an awareness activity was conducted to highlight the importance of summer training for university students and its role in enhancing their skills and preparing them for the labor market. The activity emphasized the vital role of summer training as a key link between the theoretical knowledge students gain at the university and the practical experience within real work environments. It addressed the benefits of summer training in helping students acquire early professional experience, develop communication and teamwork skills, understand workplace requirements, and build a strong skill set that increases their future employment opportunities. This activity comes as part of ongoing developmental programs aimed at improving students’ competencies, empowering them to enter the professional field with confidence, and enabling them to plan their career paths effectively—contributing to the preparation of a well-qualified generation capable of serving the community and meeting market needs.
