The Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics Engineering held a workshop titled “Academic and Administrative Performance Evaluation”, supervised by Lecturer Ghadir Haider Abbas, as part of the developmental programs adopted by the college to enhance the quality of education and improve performance efficiency within the university environment.
The workshop included a comprehensive presentation of modern performance evaluation mechanisms, explaining the scientific standards used to assess the competencies of faculty members, students, and staff. It also covered the steps of analyzing evaluation results and ways to utilize them in developing academic and administrative plans, contributing positively to the quality of academic output and staff performance.
This workshop aligns with Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education) by promoting effective evaluation methods that support continuous development and a more efficient and effective educational environment.
