Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Agricultural Technologies, Professor Dr. Mahdi Abdul-Kadhim Abd, the Deanship of the College of Agricultural Technologies organized an in-person workshop entitled “An Introduction to Program Accreditation and Its Requirements.”
The workshop was delivered by Eng. Haider Jawad Al-Janabi, Head of the Accreditation Division at the Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance, as part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to developing its academic and administrative staff and keeping pace with recent developments in the field of educational quality and academic accreditation.
The workshop was organized by the Accreditation Division of the Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance, in coordination with the College of Agricultural Technologies, and was attended by the Dean of the College, heads of academic departments, as well as a number of faculty members and administrative staff.
The workshop aimed to promote a culture of program accreditation, particularly within newly established departments, highlight the key requirements and documentation necessary for academic departments, and clarify the main procedures and challenges associated with the accreditation process. This contributes to enhancing academic performance and achieving approved quality standards.
