As part of the College of Engineering’s efforts at Al-Mustaqbal University to support environmental initiatives and enhance community awareness, the Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics Engineering organized an awareness activity within the events of Al-Mustaqbal Water Conservation Week, aiming to promote a culture of rational water consumption among students and college staff. The activity included the distribution of informational brochures containing simplified scientific information and practical tips on the optimal use of water, in addition to presenting facts and figures highlighting global water scarcity challenges. This contributed to reinforcing positive behaviors toward natural resources and strengthening environmental responsibility. This initiative comes within the academic and community role of the College of Engineering and in support of Sustainable Development Goal 6: Clean Water and Sanitation, by contributing to efforts aimed at rationalizing water consumption and building a sustainable water future.
