As part of the activities of Al-Mustaqbal Water Conservation Week, organized by Al-Mustaqbal University, a scientific and educational workshop was held on water recycling and management systems at the Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics Engineering, with active participation from university students. The workshop addressed several important topics related to water resource management, including an introduction to water recycling and management systems and their role in achieving sustainable water resource management. It also highlighted the most significant current challenges, along with possible technical and regulatory solutions, contributing to raising students’ awareness of the importance of water conservation and the proper regulation of its use. This workshop comes within the awareness-raising and scientific efforts of the College of Engineering and in support of Sustainable Development Goal 6: Clean Water and Sanitation, through spreading scientific knowledge and promoting sustainable approaches to water resource management and building a more sustainable water future.
