As part of Al-Mustaqbal Water Conservation Week activities organized by Al-Mustaqbal University, the College of Engineering participated in raising environmental awareness and promoting a culture of natural resource conservation. In this context, the Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics Engineering organized an awareness activity titled “Together Towards Responsible Water Consumption”. The activity included distributing informational brochures to students and staff, aiming to instill the principles of rational water use in daily life. The activity aimed to highlight the importance of conserving water and adopting correct usage behaviors, given their direct impact on protecting water resources and ensuring their sustainability for future generations. The brochures also included practical guidelines and simple tips to reduce wastage and enhance environmental awareness within the university community. This activity supports Sustainable Development Goal 6: Clean Water and Sanitation, by promoting sustainable water management and raising environmental awareness within the academic environment.
