In line with the human and religious values that emphasize mercy and benevolence, and as part of the plan of the College of Engineering and the Department of Chemical and Petroleum Industries Engineering, a humanitarian visit was carried out to a nursing home for the elderly, during which winter clothing was provided to the residents. This initiative reflects care for this dear segment of society and aims to support them during the cold winter days. The visit included observing the conditions of the elderly, listening to their needs, and sharing moments of human connection that brought joy and comfort to their hearts, showcasing the values of giving and social solidarity. It also emphasizes the importance of standing by the elderly and appreciating their contributions. This initiative aims to strengthen social responsibility and instill the values of mercy and cooperation, contributing to building a cohesive and compassionate society, and supporting Sustainable Development Goal 1: No Poverty, by assisting the most vulnerable groups.
