As part of its programs aimed at enhancing psychological awareness and community guidance, the College of Engineering at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a specialized scientific guidance seminar entitled “Psychological Vulnerability: When the Mind Is Under Pressure and Pathways to Regaining Strength.”
The seminar shed light on the concept of psychological vulnerability and its various dimensions, with a focus on guidance aspects that help individuals understand psychological stress and cope with it through sound scientific approaches. This contributes to enhancing psychological balance and positive adaptation within both the university and community environments.
This seminar aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly:
SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, by supporting mental health and promoting individual well-being.
SDG 4: Quality Education, through spreading psychological culture and raising awareness among students.

The seminar was delivered by Ms. Anhar Naji Al-Harthi, a certified psychological specialist accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and affiliated with Najran University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She presented her academic and practical experience in psychological counseling and provided practical guidance aimed at enhancing mental health and building inner resilience.
