The Head of the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Education, Prof. Dr. Thanaa Bahaa Al-Deen, organized an awareness seminar titled “The Role of Higher Education in Addressing the Water Crisis.” The seminar was held on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in Hall 309 for students of the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences. During the seminar, Prof. Dr. Thanaa Bahaa Al-Deen discussed the role of higher education in addressing the water crisis through scientific research and technological innovation, studying water resources and methods of preservation, as well as climate change and its impact on sustaining mental health. She also highlighted the importance of conserving water and rationalizing its consumption. This event aimed to promote environmental awareness regarding the significance of water in life. Several informative and colorful posters on water conservation were displayed.
