The general and most accepted definition of Ethics is a branch of philosophy that deals with the moral aspects and decisions-making and principles of human behavior <br />However ethics and moral are terms are often used interchangeable and they are considered virtually synonymous. Medical ethics usually refers to a group of guidelines, such as the oath of Hippocrates which is indicated the ideal relationships between the physicians and their patients.<br /><br /><br /> Historically the main concern for medical ethics has been expressed as laws , decrees , assumptions and oaths prepared by physicians . The oldest of these are the code of Hammurabi in Babylon 1750 BC , Egyptian papari , Indian and Chinese writings and early Greek writers. <br /><br />Recently , medical ethics refers as the application of general and fundamental ethical principles to the clinical practice situations , including medical research. The term has been modified to biomedical ethics which will include ethical principles relating to all branches of knowledge about life and health such a nursing , pharmacy , genetics , psychology , physiotherapy , occupational therapy , speech therapy.<br /><br /><br /><br /> I think students in many departments in the University of Mustaqbal need to have enough Knowledge about the fundamental and practical applications of the principles of biomedical ethics. In General sense , ethics is one of the best parameter to examine and measure human conduct and the ethical standards are usually used to evaluate and ensure the appropriate and desirable of such practices. A value usually denotes the good , the beneficial in ethics ,the truth in cognition , and holy in religion <br /><br /><br />A value is not scientific term and can not be define in that aspects . therefore , is neutral with respect to most bioethical values . In most of ethical actions , a dilemmas are created in relations between human beings, especially when two or more alternative actions , each of which is inherently good , yield conflicting outcomes . or an action that benefits one person may cause harm for anther . <br /><br />The conclusions, one must find the ethical justification for each course of action and have a system of prioritization to select the most appropriate one .(Ethics ask what should be done , not what one ordinarily does and not what one could do)<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />
