With the ever-increasing sophistication of cyber threats, organizations are turning to NGFWs to enhance their security posture and protect their networks from a wide range of attacks.<br /><br />Evolution from Traditional Firewalls<br /><br />Traditional firewalls primarily focus on filtering network traffic based on IP addresses, ports, and protocols. While effective for basic traffic control, they lack the capabilities to inspect traffic at a deeper level and identify modern threats that exploit application vulnerabilities or use encryption to evade detection. NGFWs address these limitations by incorporating additional features and technologies that enable more comprehensive threat detection and prevention.<br /><br />Key Features of NGFWs<br /><br />1.
