The workshop on empowering faculty in AI technologies was a pivotal step within the framework of ongoing efforts to enhance academic performance and keep pace with rapid digital transformation. This specialized training activity aimed to effectively integrate artificial intelligence tools into the educational system. The core focus of the activity was to transition educators from the stage of simple theoretical knowledge to the stage of direct practical application, which contributes to enhancing the quality of education and saving the time and effort spent on routine tasks. The activity successfully achieved a set of fundamental objectives, most notably breaking the barrier of fear regarding modern technology by demonstrating to teachers that artificial intelligence represents a powerful supportive tool that enhances their capabilities rather than replacing their educational and human roles. Furthermore, the achieved results included equipping attendees with the skill of mastering planning tools by using Large Language Models to design integrated and comprehensive lesson plans, as well as developing digital assessment skills through practical application on creating smart quizzes and analyzing student results with extreme precision and high speed.
