one of the main risks of excessive computer use is its negative impact on health, such as eye strain, neck and back pain, and lack of physical activity. Sitting for long periods in front of screens can also cause fatigue and poor concentration. In addition, overuse of computers may disturb sleep patterns due to staying up late and using devices before bedtime. From a social perspective, excessive computer use can reduce face-to-face interaction and affect family relationships. It may also lead to addiction to electronic games or social media, which can negatively affect academic performance. In conclusion, it is important to use computers in a balanced and moderate way and manage time wisely in order to benefit from their advantages and avoid their risks.
