The Department of biology at the College of Science – Al-Mustaqbal University organized an in-person training course for first-year students entitled (Teaching Students How to Answer Using the Bubble Sheet System), under the supervision and presentation of the department coordinator, Asst. Lecturer Jaafar Hamed Jaafar. The course aimed to familiarize students with the correct mechanism for answering exams using the Bubble Sheet, along with explaining the essential instructions that must be followed before starting the exam, in order to ensure accuracy and reliability in the electronic grading process. During the course, approved samples of Bubble Sheets were distributed to students to provide hands-on training on their proper use. Students were also guided through the main components of the Bubble Sheet, particularly: How to accurately fill in the Student ID in the designated fields. The correct method of shading the answer circles without errors. Identifying common mistakes that may occur during answering and how to avoid them. This course comes as part of the quality requirements adopted by the Measurement and Evaluation Unit at the university, reflecting the Department of biology’ commitment to applying approved standards in the examination process, enhancing students’ awareness of modern assessment systems, and preparing them to perform electronic examinations efficiently and with discipline, thereby contributing to achieving the best academic results.
