Under the patronage of Universit Al-Mustaqbal – College of Fine Arts, and in cooperation with the Student Activities Department, the Babylon Youth and Sports Directorate, the School Activities Department at the Babylon Directorate of Education, and the University of Babylon – College of Fine Arts, the university is organizing the art festival entitled: “When Art Paints the Courage of Color” to be held from January 10 to January 12, 2026. This festival comes within the framework of supporting young creative talents, enhancing artistic and cultural movement, and providing a space for artistic expression in its various forms, thereby contributing to the promotion of art and aesthetic culture within the community.
