Future University implements an awareness campaign on the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities On the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, the Department of Student Activities at Al-Mustaqbal University held an awareness campaign by distributing introductory brochures highlighting the rights of persons with disabilities, the importance of integrating them into the university community, and promoting a culture of respect and equality on campus. This initiative came in line with the directives of Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Magdy, President of the University of the Future, calling for the empowerment of people with disabilities, and stressing the need to provide an inclusive university environment that ensures equal opportunities and respects the rights guaranteed by national laws and international conventions. For his part, Dr. Ahmed Hassan Shaker, Director of the Student Activities Department, stressed that this event comes within the department's plan aimed at spreading community awareness, enhancing the role of students in supporting the issues of people with disabilities, and consolidating the principle of their active participation in various academic, cultural and sports activities. The brochures included awareness messages and recommendations that emphasized: • Respect for the rights of persons with disabilities. • Support their independence and full participation in the university community. • The importance of removing psychological and societal barriers. • Promote an inclusive and safe learning environment for all.
