Introduction: The contemporary world is witnessing fundamental transformations in educational patterns as a result of the rapid development of artificial intelligence technologies. This has compelled educational systems to reconsider their philosophies and traditional methods. Hence, the need emerges for a psychological–intelligent educational model that balances technology with the human dimension. First: Concept of the Psychological–Intelligent Educational Model: The psychological–intelligent educational model refers to a framework that employs artificial intelligence technologies based on principles of psychology and education, while taking into account learners’ psychological and cognitive characteristics. Second: Psychological Foundations of the Model: The model is grounded in addressing individual differences, enhancing motivation, supporting mental health, and developing autonomy and self-confidence. Third: The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Education: Artificial intelligence contributes to designing personalized learning, analyzing performance, providing immediate feedback, and supporting self-directed learning. Fourth: The Role of the Teacher: The teacher’s role shifts to that of a guide and psychological–educational mentor, and a guardian of human and ethical values within the educational process. Fifth: Learner Characteristics in the Psychological–Intelligent Model: The learner is characterized by autonomy, critical thinking, technological awareness, and psychological balance. Sixth: Challenges and Ethical Regulations: The challenges include excessive reliance on technology, reduced human interaction, and privacy concerns, which necessitate clear ethical guidelines.
