Professor Dr. Mahdi Abadi Manaa, Head of the Department of Intelligent Medical Systems at the University of Al-Mustaqbal, has achieved a new scientific milestone through the publication of a research paper in the journal Mathematical Modelling of Engineering Problems, which is indexed in Scopus. The research, entitled “Resource Optimization of Cognitive Radio Sensor Network Using Hybrid Metaheuristic Optimization and Machine Learning Algorithms,” presents an innovative hybrid algorithm that integrates intelligent optimization techniques with machine learning algorithms to improve resource management in cognitive radio sensor networks. The study contributes to enhancing spectrum utilization efficiency, improving quality of service in intelligent medical applications, and reducing resource consumption in constrained systems, thereby supporting the development of advanced technological solutions in the healthcare sector. This achievement represents a valuable addition to the scientific output of the Department of Intelligent Medical Systems and reflects the University’s strong commitment to research and innovation.
